It's CELEBRATION time - COME ON!

Celebrate the good times now at the popular Celebration of Fine Art! I have been juried in for the 11th straight year and am displaying my smaller stone sculptures in Space 148 right next to the Sculpture Court which will feature many of my larger stone sculptures. This outdoor area also serves as my working studio where I will be creating and demonstrating throughout the exhibition.

Celebration is located under the big tents visible from the Loop 101 at the southwest corner of Hayden Road (Exit 35) in Scottsdale, Arizona. This 10-week exhibition is open daily January 13 – March 25, 2018.

I’ve busy/busy/busy – actively releasing the spirit of stone and look forward to showing you my original works created 100% by hand. My tip to you: be a savvy guest and purchase the 2 for 1 season pass

BOOTH #5220 this WEEKEND: DEC. 1-2-3 in TEMPE

The Tempe Festival of the Arts draws patrons, collectors and arts enthusiasts during this outstanding 3-day event the first weekend in December: Friday, (1); Saturday (2); Sunday (3). Nearly 400 artists will take their place in booths along the historic Mill Avenue in Tempe and surrounding streets. Gedion Galleries will be in BOOTH #5220 on 5th Street – just a short walk from the light rail stop on 3rd, near Food Truck Alley and the unplugged lounge with shaded seating and the pleasant sounds of live acoustic guitar. The Tempe Festival of the Arts is known for its wide range of visual arts mediums in a variety of genres, themes, and style. As one of only a dozen sculptors participating, I am one of only two who work in stoneliterally and figuratively speaking.

Sacramento Arts Festival - BOOTH 618

I am one of only two sculptures working in stone that you will find at the Sacramento Arts Festival. I create sculptures using the techniques of, and in the style of the Shona Sculpture Movement of Zimbabwe, Africa. I import stones from that locale – serpentine, springstone, opal, lepidolite, verdite to name a few. The Festival is open Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 10 am - 5 pm.

SUPPORT Sausalito Art Festival Artists!

Strong winds in Sausalito last night damaged several Festival booths and artists are gathering to help each other make ready for the day. FORTUNATELY, stone sculptures stay grounded and all is well in my Booth #629. Today's forecast shows only a few stray gusts. We’re here with our artwork – our labors of love – to inspire you. Come today and support artists and the arts!
